Most quotes don’t die from "no" — they die from silence. Turn on the "When a quote goes quiet" skill and Charlie watches every sent quote for you.

When a quote has had no reply for a few days (five by default), Charlie sends a friendly follow-up to the customer, referencing the quote by number. The message threads into your inbox under "Handled by Charlie" — and if the customer replies, the thread flips to "Needs you" so you never miss the moment.
