Delete your account.

You can request deletion of your Charlie Assistant account and its associated personal data at any time. Charlie Assistant is a service of Build Your Robot Pty Ltd (ACN 695 353 096 · ABN 58 695 353 096).

How to request deletion

Email us from the email address on your account at [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your personal and business data from our active systems, including: your profile (name, email, phone number and login credentials), your Charlie assistant configuration, your contacts and customers, your conversations (calls, SMS, email and WhatsApp), your appointments and bookings, and your account activity records.

What we retain, and for how long

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example, financial and invoicing records needed for tax and accounting obligations — for the period required under Australian law (generally up to 7 years). These records are stored securely, used only to meet those obligations, and deleted when the retention period ends. Backups are purged on our normal rotation cycle.
