1. Business described — services and prices in your own words (Setup, step 1).

2. Transfer number added — where Charlie sends callers who need a person.

3. Call forwarding verified — dial the codes, then press "Charlie, call me now": Charlie rings your number and confirms forwarding works by hearing itself answer.

4. Your data imported — products, services and clients loaded, so Charlie answers price questions with YOUR prices.

5. Make one real call — ring your own number, ask for something you sell, and watch the call appear on the Calls page with a summary.
