Booking rules & availability

When a caller wants a time, Charlie agrees on an EXACT day and time — never "sometime Tuesday" — reads it back, and only then books.

Before confirming, the booking engine checks the slot: existing appointments, and busy blocks from your connected Google Calendar. If the slot is taken, Charlie apologises and agrees a different time on the same call.

Confirmations

The moment a booking lands, the customer gets a confirmation message and you get a copy. Reminders go out automatically before the appointment — including by WhatsApp where it’s connected.
