Invoice reminder cadences

Turn on the "When an invoice is overdue" skill and Charlie handles the awkward part of getting paid.

Once an invoice passes its due date, Charlie marks it overdue and starts a respectful reminder cadence — a nudge at 3, 7 and 14 days by default, by SMS or email. Every reminder is recorded on the invoice and in your inbox, so you always know exactly what’s been said.
